In July 2025, Oliver Eisenhut developed GraphQL Preview Features Support for the Frontify/brand-sdk repository, focusing on enhancing the flexibility of GraphQL API calls. He introduced an optional previewFeatures property to the ExecuteGraphQlPayload, enabling developers to test and experiment with new GraphQL features without affecting default behavior. This addition, implemented using TypeScript and leveraging his expertise in API and full stack development, established a safer pathway for rolling out features and accelerated iteration cycles for GraphQL clients. While no major bugs were addressed during this period, Oliver’s work provided a foundation for improved testability and controlled feature experimentation within the SDK.
