During April 2025, work focused on enhancing the mash-playbook repository by implementing Matomo Analytics deployment and configuration. Using Ansible and YAML, the developer integrated Matomo with MariaDB and Traefik, enabling streamlined analytics setup within existing DevOps workflows. The approach included producing comprehensive deployment documentation and defining configuration variables to simplify onboarding and ensure reproducibility. This integration improved data collection capabilities, supporting data-driven decision making and performance monitoring for future deployments. By aligning the analytics solution with CI/CD processes, the work facilitated easier ongoing maintenance and deployment, demonstrating a methodical approach to system administration and infrastructure automation within the project.
