Worked on stabilizing and enhancing core infrastructure in the nodejs/node and electron/electron repositories, focusing on codebase compatibility, build reliability, and developer tooling. Addressed deprecation warnings in C++ by refactoring ToString and ToStringView into constrained templates, improving type safety and cross-platform support. Improved build system configuration using GYP, resolving MBEDTLS_CONFIG_FILE compilation issues and reducing cryptic errors. In Electron, implemented readiness guards in the ContentTracing API to prevent early-call crashes and bundled DevTools frontend resources to ensure reliable remote debugging. Leveraged C++, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with an emphasis on robust error handling, testing, and maintainable code refactoring practices.
