Omri contributed to the port-labs/helm-charts repository by delivering two Helm chart upgrades for the Kubernetes exporter over a two-month period. Focusing on release engineering and stability, Omri managed version bumps and release hygiene to maintain compatibility and traceability in Kubernetes environments. The work involved updating YAML-based Helm charts, aligning chart and application versions to reduce deployment drift, and ensuring consistent, reliable releases. By enabling new exporter features and performance improvements, Omri’s changes improved metrics collection stability and observability for downstream teams.
