Worked on the ReDI-School/F24-Berlin-Web-Circle repository to enhance the reliability and stability of the search functionality, focusing on both back end and front end development using JavaScript and React. Addressed runtime errors by restructuring the SearchPanel component, ensuring that useState and useNavigate hooks were properly scoped within the component to prevent unstable behavior. Improved the search logic by correcting date parsing and initializing the guests input, resulting in more predictable and user-friendly search results. These targeted bug fixes increased UI reliability, reduced errors, and laid the foundation for greater user trust and engagement with the search feature.
