Worked on expanding platform compatibility for the Distopia package within the conda-forge/conda-forge-pinning-feedstock repository by delivering macOS ARM64 installation support. Addressed a specific installation issue by updating the osx_arm64.txt packaging manifest, which improved installation reliability and reduced blockers for macOS users. The technical approach focused on macOS development and package management, ensuring that cross-architecture installation was supported without introducing regressions. This work involved careful modification of text-based manifest files to align with conda-forge’s packaging standards. The update enhanced the user experience for macOS ARM64 environments, reflecting a targeted and technically sound contribution within the packaging ecosystem.
