During March 2026, Orbisai focused on security and stability improvements across Crosstalk-Solutions/project-nomad and ruvnet/RuView. In project-nomad, Orbisai upgraded the systeminformation library using JavaScript to address CVE-2026-26318, mitigating a critical vulnerability related to unsanitized command output. For RuView, Orbisai enhanced memory management in embedded C firmware by ensuring freed display buffer pointers were properly nulled, reducing the risk of use-after-free errors in ESP32-CSI-Node’s display task. These efforts demonstrated disciplined dependency management and security patching, directly supporting release readiness and reliability goals while deepening the robustness of memory handling in embedded systems and firmware development.
