During March 2026, contributed to security and stability improvements in Crosstalk-Solutions/project-nomad and ruvnet/RuView by addressing critical vulnerabilities and memory management issues. Upgraded the systeminformation library in project-nomad to mitigate CVE-2026-26318, reducing the risk of arbitrary code execution. In RuView, enhanced the ESP32-CSI-Node display task by eliminating potential use-after-free errors through disciplined pointer management and removal of unsafe execution paths. Focused on robust dependency management and firmware development using C and JavaScript, these efforts improved code safety, supported release readiness, and aligned with reliability goals, demonstrating a methodical approach to embedded systems and security patching.
