During April 2025, OrkTek established the initial foundation for the Quebra-Galho project in the OrkTek-IFSul/Quebra-Galho repository. He created a comprehensive project scaffold and authored a detailed README, focusing on clear repository structure and development guidelines to streamline onboarding and future collaboration. Using Git for version control and Markdown for documentation, he ensured the setup supported repeatable builds and was ready for future CI/CD integration. While no bugs were addressed during this period, the work provided a robust baseline for scalable feature development, laying the groundwork for efficient team workflows and maintainable project evolution in subsequent phases.
