Over three months, contributed to SEKOIA-IO and OpenCTI-Platform by building and enhancing threat intelligence connectors and security features. Developed the USTA Account Takeover Prevention feature and connector, improving threat detection and incident response through robust API integration, error handling, and comprehensive test automation using Python and JSON. Enhanced reliability and maintainability in the automation-library repository by refining authentication flows, expanding test coverage, and improving code quality with type checking and linting. Delivered a new USTA Threat Intelligence Import Connector for OpenCTI, enabling automated ingestion of external threat data in STIX 2.1 format via Docker-based deployment and data processing.
April 2026: Delivered a new external threat intelligence import connector for USTA in the OpenCTI-Platform/connectors repository. The USTA Threat Intelligence Import Connector fetches data from the USTA Threat Stream API and converts it into STIX 2.1 format for ingestion into OpenCTI, enabling standardized, automated ingestion of external threat intel data. This work strengthens the organization’s threat intel pipeline and accelerates actionable insights by providing a scalable path to integrate additional external feeds. Implemented via a focused commit and linked to the PR around the feature (#6043).
