Worked on the ossrs/ffmpeg-webrtc repository, focusing on improving the reliability of JPEG2000 video decoding for WebRTC streaming. Addressed a critical bug in the decoder’s tile-part header state management by analyzing and correcting the logic for resetting the in_tile_headers flag and handling markers, as outlined in ticket #11266. This targeted fix reduced the risk of frame corruption and enhanced overall decoding stability. The work involved low-level programming in C, with an emphasis on debugging complex state transitions within the video decoding pipeline. The contribution improved maintainability and robustness in the project’s JPEG2000 decoding path without introducing new features.
