During December 2024, Palguna MS enhanced the expenses user interface in the fylein/fyle-mobile-app repository by implementing a zero-state display improvement. This feature introduced conditional styling using Angular and Ionic, ensuring that users with no pending transactions or expenses see a cleaner, less cluttered interface. By focusing on the zero-state content area, Palguna addressed the need for improved onboarding clarity and reduced visual noise for non-spenders. The work was delivered as a focused, traceable commit, making future maintenance straightforward. Throughout the project, Palguna utilized TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS to deliver a targeted solution that improved overall UI clarity.
