During July 2025, Pans focused on enhancing the reliability of the Purchase Order export workflow in the DAVSOR64/FMA repository. They developed an idempotent export process using Python and Odoo, ensuring that PO files are transferred to SFTP only once and reducing the risk of duplicate exports. Their approach included filtering purchase orders with XML generated but not yet synced, improving the accuracy of file transfers. Pans also strengthened error handling and implemented retry and alert mechanisms for SFTP operations, minimizing manual intervention. Maintenance updates, such as adjustments to .gitignore and a version bump, contributed to overall project hygiene.
