Worked on stabilizing and modernizing the macOS LLVM19 toolchain and OCaml development environment within the srid/nixpkgs repository, focusing on build system reliability and packaging hygiene. Addressed codesign and CFI directive issues, improved sandboxing for OCaml packages, and standardized library access using Nix and C. Enhanced reproducibility and CI stability by modernizing packaging metadata and removing deprecated dependencies. In Saghen/nixpkgs, resolved Darwin bootstrap failures by switching to a non-interactive bash shell, restoring automated build reliability. The work demonstrated strong skills in build system management, cross-platform development, and patch management, resulting in more robust and maintainable macOS build workflows.
