Worked on onboarding and standardizing CI/CD configurations for the virksomhetsdatalaget team within the navikt/ghep repository, focusing on improving team workflows and visibility. Implemented changes in YAML to add a new team entry, correct the team name, and introduce a commits field, enabling commit-based notifications for the team. Leveraged configuration management and CI/CD configuration skills to establish repeatable and observable processes, which reduced onboarding time for new members. The work enhanced feedback loops by making team activity more transparent and code health easier to monitor, contributing to more efficient governance and collaboration within the repository’s development lifecycle.
