Worked on modernizing CI/CD and code coverage workflows for the chromaui/chromatic-cli and chromaui/chromatic-e2e repositories. Migrated coverage reporting from Codacy to Codecov, integrating coverage uploads directly into GitHub Actions-based CI pipelines and removing legacy Codacy configurations and secrets. Streamlined YAML-based workflow definitions to consolidate pipeline steps, reduce external dependencies, and improve reliability of lint-and-test processes on main branches. These updates enhanced coverage visibility for end-to-end tests and accelerated feedback loops for both QA and development teams. The work focused on practical improvements to CI/CD infrastructure, leveraging YAML, GitHub Actions, and Codecov to simplify maintenance and reporting.
