Worked on the Unique-AG/helm-charts repository, focusing on enhancing the backend-service Helm chart to improve deployment flexibility and compliance. Introduced configurable volumeMounts in the extra-cronjobs template using globalValues, allowing per-deployment customization across environments. Added optional audit volume mount support to strengthen auditability and compliance readiness. Updated the chart version and documentation to reflect these new capabilities, ensuring maintainability and smoother rollouts. The work was implemented using Helm, Kubernetes, and YAML, with an emphasis on configuration flexibility and documentation rather than bug fixes. These enhancements support faster, safer CI/CD deployments and align with best practices for cloud-native infrastructure management.
