Worked on the celestiaorg/celestia-app repository, focusing on improving the blob module’s integration test infrastructure. Refactored the test setup by replacing manual temporary directory creation and cleanup with Go’s t.TempDir() utility, streamlining the process and ensuring automatic resource management. This change enhanced test reliability and reduced ongoing maintenance by eliminating manual filesystem handling in the test suite. The work centered on Go, with an emphasis on refactoring and testing best practices. Over the course of the month, contributed a targeted feature that improved the maintainability and stability of integration tests, supporting more robust development workflows for the project.
