Worked on the moltbot/moltbot repository to enhance the stability and reliability of the OpenAI Audio Transcription workflow. Focused on backend development and API integration using TypeScript, the work addressed a critical bug where multipart FormData fields were dropped during fetch operations, which previously led to failures in audio transcription requests. Added comprehensive tests to validate FormData handling, ensuring correct processing of model and file fields and preventing gateway crashes. Also resolved a gateway crash risk by refining failure modes, which reduced downtime and improved service quality. The targeted bug fixes and expanded test coverage increased maintainability and confidence in production deployments.
