Worked on the pagopa/cstar-infrastructure repository to deliver secure secret management and enhanced observability for RTP services. Leveraged Azure, Terraform, and HCL to implement Key Vault RBAC, granting the activator identity controlled access to secrets while maintaining compliance and security standards. Integrated Application Insights monitoring by storing the connection string in Azure Key Vault, enabling proactive diagnostics and reducing mean time to detection. The approach focused on minimal code changes, ensuring operational visibility and improved uptime without disrupting existing workflows. This work strengthened the security posture for secret management and streamlined monitoring, supporting more reliable deployments and faster issue resolution.
