Worked on enhancing the Document AI notebook within the azure-ai-foundry/foundry-samples repository, focusing on automated extraction of headers and footers from documents and generating HTML-formatted tables for improved reporting. Leveraged Python and Jupyter notebook development to update mistral-docai-basics.ipynb, integrating new data processing capabilities that streamline document analysis workflows. Created and organized a samples folder, adding relevant PDF and DOCX assets to support demonstrations and documentation. These enhancements enabled end-to-end notebook workflows, allowing business users to quickly generate insights from document data. Demonstrated proficiency in document AI, data processing, and collaborative asset management using Git-based workflows.
