Worked on production deployment alignment for the accounting service by updating the Docker image tag in the openbraininstitute/aws-terraform-deployment repository. Focused on Infrastructure as Code practices, the work involved modifying Terraform configuration using HCL to reference the 2025.1.0-prod Docker tag, ensuring deployments consistently used the latest stable release. This non-functional change improved deployment traceability, rollback readiness, and auditability without altering application code. Emphasized reproducible deployments and strict release tagging, supporting DevOps workflows. Maintained clear documentation and commit references in version control, enabling an auditable trail for production changes while reducing risk and accelerating release readiness for the accounting service.
