Developed extended CSS units support for the CSS language plugin in the lite-xl/lite-xl repository, enhancing the editor’s ability to recognize a broader range of CSS units such as cm, mm, rem variants, and viewport-relative values. Focused on Lua-based plugin development, the work involved updating the number parsing logic to improve syntax highlighting and value recognition, directly addressing modern CSS editing needs. This feature enrichment aimed to reduce errors and streamline workflows for frontend developers. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as efforts centered on parser updates, code quality, and aligning the plugin with evolving CSS standards and practices.
