Worked on the matrix-neoboard repository to enhance deployment reliability and traceability within the CI/CD pipeline. Developed a feature that uses ArgoCD-managed SHA values to tag Docker images, ensuring each deployment is directly linked to the correct commit. Persisted the ARGOCD_SHA variable across GitHub Actions CI jobs, which maintains consistent image tagging and enables end-to-end traceability from code commit to production deployment. This approach reduces tag drift and improves observability, making issue diagnosis more efficient. The work was implemented using YAML for configuration, leveraging skills in CI/CD, DevOps, and Kubernetes to align deployment processes with organizational standards.
