During May 2025, Thanh Phung developed and enforced an eligibility check for organization creation in the bcgov/sbc-auth repository, preventing clients with NSF or SUSPENDED statuses from registering new organizations. This solution, implemented using Python and SQL, introduced a new error code and integrated business logic to strengthen account security and governance. In the bcgov/developer.connect repository, Thanh also restored original fee disclosure content to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements. Throughout the month, Thanh focused on backend development, API design, and error handling, delivering targeted improvements that enhanced both system reliability and user trust across two critical codebases.
