Addressed a critical issue where users could not speak after unmuting by delivering a targeted bug fix that ensured immediate audio resume when unmuting during calls. Enhanced audio processing by upgrading the deepfilter library, which improved noise suppression and call clarity in challenging environments. Utilized React and TypeScript to implement these changes, emphasizing robust front end development and careful risk mitigation. The work reduced user friction and contributed to smoother, more reliable real-time communication for video conferencing users in noisy settings.
