Worked on stabilizing the build configuration for the libsdl-org/opus repository, focusing on the OSCE bandwidth extension path. Addressed a critical build issue by aligning CMake behavior with the legacy configure.ac system, ensuring that the ENABLE_OSCE_BWE flag is defined whenever OPUS_OSCE is enabled. This adjustment reduced build failures and improved consistency across different toolchains and continuous integration environments.
