In Pulser, implemented global phase shift capabilities, ensured compatibility with NumPy v2, and refined backend validation to prevent empty quantum sequences. Managed release cycles and clarified documentation deployment processes using Markdown and YAML. Fixed import errors and aligned the cloud-submission tutorial with the current API (ResultType, get_workload_spec), added pasqal_cloud dependency, and updated packaging metadata. Performed release housekeeping by bumping the version to 1.10.1. These efforts improve reliability, reduce onboarding friction, and strengthen the product's cloud capabilities for customers and internal teams.
