Worked on enhancing the customer quick entry form in the frappe/erpnext repository by making the primary contact and address sections non-collapsible, ensuring essential customer data remained visible throughout the entry process. This user interface adjustment, implemented using JavaScript and front end development skills within the Frappe Framework, aimed to streamline CRM workflows by reducing unnecessary scrolling and improving data accuracy. The approach included a targeted fix to maintain the non-collapsible behavior, contributing to more efficient and reliable data entry for new customer records. The work demonstrated attention to UI/UX design, robust commit practices, and a focus on business value.
