Worked on distributed backend systems and iOS integration across the status-im/status-go and waku-org/nwaku repositories. Developed a community sharding system in status-go, enabling each community to reside in its own shard and refactored filter management to support multi-shard filtering, using Go and distributed systems concepts to improve scalability and data organization. In waku-org/nwaku, established the foundation for iOS client development by setting up library compilation, integrating SwiftUI for a sample app, and bridging the C API for messaging workflows. Addressed build configuration and toolchain alignment, leveraging C, Nim, and Swift to enable future cross-platform messaging features and maintainable codebases.
