During January 2025, Poesty contributed to the luanti-org/luanti repository by delivering a key localization feature focused on Simplified Chinese translation updates. They enhanced the project’s accessibility for Chinese-speaking users by adding new translations and refining existing ones, directly improving the user experience and supporting broader adoption. Poesty utilized the PO language format and managed the translation workflow through Weblate, ensuring clean commit documentation and seamless integration with Git-based collaboration. While the work was limited to a single feature and did not involve bug fixes, it demonstrated solid skills in localization, translation, and internationalization within a collaborative open-source environment.
