Leveraging R and YAML, Maciej modernized environment and session tooling by adopting renv for robust dependency management and refining package discovery to installed packages only, while switching to sessioninfo for session data retrieval. These changes improved reproducibility, observability, and governance in CI/CD pipelines, enabling safer releases and faster iteration cycles, and demonstrated depth in DevOps and workflow automation.
