Porter worked on stabilizing the testing workflow for the confidential-containers/cloud-api-adaptor repository by addressing issues with the kbs-client image pull process. He updated the checkout_kbs.sh script to align with the new kbs-client package naming scheme and reordered architecture and SHA components in the image tag, ensuring the correct image was consistently used in CI pipelines. Using Shell scripting and CI/CD practices, Porter’s changes eliminated image-tag mispull scenarios, which had previously caused flaky tests and delayed feedback. This focused bug fix improved the reliability and accuracy of automated testing, contributing to a more robust development process during the month.
