Developed and delivered support for the Ubiquiti UISP Fiber OLT XGS device in the librenms/librenms repository by updating device definition files and integrating SNMP simulation data. This work expanded network monitoring coverage, enabling operators to onboard new UISP fiber OLT hardware with improved alerting and visibility. The technical approach focused on device definition modeling and SNMP data simulation using YAML, ensuring accurate monitoring and reducing onboarding risk for new device families. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery and standardizing device support to enhance reliability for dashboards and alerting workflows.
