Praboud worked on stabilizing the OAuth 2.0 token exchange flow for the modelcontextprotocol/typescript-sdk repository, focusing on improving authentication reliability in client-side TypeScript applications. By addressing a bug where the redirect_uri was missing from the token exchange request, Praboud ensured that the redirect_uri from the provider configuration is now correctly included, reducing authorization-code exchange failures and strengthening security checks within the OAuth process. This work required a strong understanding of API integration and OAuth protocols, and although the scope was limited to a single bug fix over the month, the solution demonstrated careful attention to authentication flow correctness and security.
