Worked on the submariner-io/releases repository to establish and advance the v0.20.0-m2 release lifecycle, focusing on release management and process automation. Developed the initial release manifest using YAML, then progressively integrated key components such as admiral, cloud-prepare, lighthouse, and submariner as milestones were achieved. This approach enabled staged, safer releases and improved delivery velocity. Emphasized milestone tracking and cross-repository coordination to enhance traceability and visibility throughout the release pipeline. The work laid the groundwork for a repeatable, transparent release process, supporting faster and more reliable software delivery while leveraging skills in release engineering and configuration management.
