Worked on the pytorch/torchx repository to enhance code quality and maintainability by standardizing code formatting across the fbcode directory. Utilized Python and the Black code formatter (version 25.11.0) to enforce consistent style, reducing review churn and laying the foundation for more reliable future contributions. The effort involved a single, comprehensive commit that applied formatting changes throughout the targeted files, ensuring uniformity without introducing user-facing features. Collaboration with other contributors reinforced best practices in code hygiene. This work focused on backend improvements, leveraging skills in Python and code formatting to streamline development workflows and support long-term maintainability of the codebase.
