Worked on stabilizing the Docker-based build pipeline for the commercetools/connect-payment-integration-adyen repository, focusing on the Adyen payment integration. Addressed persistent Docker build failures on Google Cloud Platform by pinning the esbuild dependency to a fixed version, ensuring deterministic and reproducible builds. This technical approach reduced build flakiness and deployment delays, directly improving CI/CD reliability for the project. Utilized skills in CI/CD, DevOps, and Docker, with changes implemented using Dockerfile and Shell scripting. The work emphasized robust deployment practices and contributed to a more reliable release process, although the primary focus during this period was on bug resolution rather than feature development.
