Praveen Tharuka developed core frontend features for the AsekaSL/portal repository, focusing on both admin and student-facing interfaces. He engineered an end-to-end Professor Management system, building out admin pages with forms, tables, and navigation, and expanded data capture to include designation, contact information, and status fields. Using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Praveen refined UI elements such as headers and navigation, improved dependent field behavior, and streamlined the codebase by removing unused modules. He also established the baseline for a student dashboard UI, laying the groundwork for future analytics and onboarding improvements. The work demonstrated solid frontend engineering depth.
