During November 2024, Pretty Flacko integrated a unified communication framework into the scsd-cdh/OBC repository, focusing on embedded systems and firmware development using C and XML. The work centered on merging the AppComm subsystem with the main application, establishing clear initialization and execution paths to streamline communication handling. Project configurations were updated to include essential utility and communication headers, laying groundwork for future feature expansion. Additionally, Pretty Flacko stabilized the build process by addressing integration issues in the PDS project. The depth of this work reflects a methodical approach to system integration, emphasizing maintainability and coherent repository structure over rapid feature delivery.
