
Worked on the ugahacks/ugahacks repository to enhance the registration experience for ugahacks-11 by updating the registration page’s call-to-action button and footer. Leveraging frontend development skills with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, the developer changed the button text from ‘Pre-Register’ to ‘Register’ and updated its link to the new registration URL, streamlining the onboarding process for users. The footer was revised to include the event location, Miller Learning Center, ensuring consistent branding and clearer venue information. These targeted UI improvements reduced friction in user registration and maintained messaging consistency across the site, contributing to a smoother user experience.
