Developed and delivered a new RNAvigate packaging recipe for the bioconda/bioconda-recipes repository, enabling streamlined installation and reproducible deployments of the RNAvigate RNA visualization toolset. Focused on Python development and package management, the work included updating rnavigate tooling and refining dependency specifications to ensure compatibility with the new recipe. Emphasized build reproducibility and packaging reliability, reducing setup time and supporting consistent environments for both users and CI systems. Utilized Python and YAML to define build instructions and manage dependencies, while also updating documentation to reflect the new packaging process. No major bugs were reported, with efforts centered on feature delivery.
