Pushpakalaraj focused on developing a nested data model to represent an IT company’s organizational structure and employee information within the sqatools/GTM_PS_Batch06 repository. Using Python and advanced data structures, Pushpakalaraj designed and implemented a comprehensive organization dictionary, enabling modules to consume and display hierarchical data for richer organizational insights. The work established a scalable foundation for future analytics, such as headcount and departmental reporting, by updating related modules to interact seamlessly with the new model. Although the project spanned one month and did not involve bug fixes, the depth of the data modeling demonstrated strong proficiency in Python programming and structural design.
