Shayan delivered Persian localization and manga personalization features for the KotatsuApp/Kotatsu repository, focusing on enhancing accessibility for Persian-speaking users. He implemented Persian translations for download status messages and personalized manga recommendations, using XML and a Weblate-based translation workflow to ensure consistency and scalability. His approach established a reproducible localization process integrated with Git for traceability, supporting future internationalization efforts. By leveraging skills in localization, mobile development, and translation, Shayan expanded the app’s reach and improved user engagement for a new market segment. The work demonstrated depth in workflow design and addressed both technical and user experience challenges in mobile app localization.
