Worked on the is-a-dev/register repository to deliver automated subdomain DNS configuration for pxlshpr.is-a.dev, focusing on improving scalability and reducing manual intervention. Developed a new JSON configuration structure, transitioning from a single 'record' field to a 'records' array to align with the API and support future extensibility. This approach enabled more consistent data modeling and streamlined the provisioning process for subdomains. Leveraged skills in DNS configuration, data modeling, and domain registration, with all changes implemented in JSON. The work laid the foundation for automated subdomain management, enhancing reliability and maintainability without introducing any bug fixes during the period.
