Worked on the JU-DEV-Bootcamps/ERAS repositories to enhance code quality and deployment reliability over a two-month period. Introduced comprehensive code review checklists in both backend and frontend README files, standardizing quality gates and improving onboarding through clear documentation using Markdown. Focused on process alignment and cross-team consistency by formalizing review steps for readability, testing, and security. Addressed a critical deployment issue by updating Docker Compose configurations and documentation, enabling stable backend builds and containerized runs with Docker and YAML. This work reduced deployment failures, improved reproducibility across environments, and established a foundation for future development and contributor onboarding.
