During September 2025, Lawful Interference developed and submitted the BackseatDriver plugin to the goatcorp/DalamudPluginsD17 repository, focusing on configuration management and plugin development using TOML. The work involved creating a detailed manifest that captured repository metadata, commit hashes, and project paths, ensuring improved traceability and alignment with formal plugin submission standards. The plugin’s changelog documented initial support for Stormblood and Shadowbringers duties, addressing content coverage for these expansions. By following the established onboarding process and integrating an icon and comprehensive metadata, Lawful Interference contributed to expanding the Dalamud plugin catalog with a well-documented, standards-compliant feature addition.
