Raffaele Adamo enhanced the SiNAPS Extractor in the SpikeInterface/spikeinterface repository by implementing multi-stream support and improving metadata handling for recording extraction. Leveraging Python and HDF5 handling skills, he enabled the extractor to robustly process multiple data streams, reducing manual intervention and minimizing metadata gaps. Although no major bugs were addressed during this period, the feature delivered increased data integrity and versatility, directly supporting downstream analytics and strengthening the repository’s capabilities for complex electrophysiological data workflows.
