During September 2025, Raftaar contributed to the alleyinteractive/wp-curate repository by delivering editor visual improvements for the Query and Subquery blocks in WordPress. Focusing on front end development, Raftaar used CSS and SCSS to address styling inconsistencies, implementing a minimum height for the Query block and adding padding to the Subquery block. These changes aligned the blocks with the design system, enhancing visual harmony and improving the editor user experience. The work targeted issue #326 and aimed to reduce editor friction, resulting in more efficient content editing. Raftaar’s contributions demonstrated proficiency in WordPress Gutenberg block customization and maintainable styling.
