For 2025-08, focused on stabilizing unit test packaging for ROCm rccl on Debian-based systems; delivered fixes to unit test packaging by detecting OS family and setting INSTALL_RPATH to ensure test executables locate required libraries. This work reduces packaging-related CI failures and improves test reliability across Debian-family distributions.
