In moby/moby, re-enabled and stabilized the Container Networking Test by addressing underlying container state issues, enhancing reliability for container networking scenarios. Within open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib, renamed the Splunk receiver type to splunk_enterprise with a deprecated alias, aligning with naming conventions while maintaining backward compatibility. Introduced a universe_domain configuration option to support Sovereign Google Cloud regions, expanding cloud compatibility. Focused on API integration, configuration management, and testing, the work reduced test flakiness and improved documentation, supporting enterprise deployments and smoother configuration migrations.
